Nice and stable stand

I bought this stand to my stringing machine progression es ii. The older model and it fit. My machine is 20 years old and this new stand still fits perfectly. Gamma was fast to respond when i wrote with them. And the answer from them was nice and short and understandable. I recommend this product.
It is much easier to string with this stand and with the wheels it is mobile. It is the investment worth. It is a bit expensive but the quality is great. It is cheapest Gamma stand standard i could find on the internet. some places it was nearly 60 euro more expensive. But the shipping to Denmark costed 11 euro! To expensive but the stand came fast. very happy about that.

Solide und praktisch

Ich habe den Fuß mit der X-Els dazubestellt - kann ich nur empfehlen, denn die Maschine auf einem Tisch stehen zu haben, kann auf Dauer unbequem sein. Ich bin 1,92m groß und hatte vorher Bedenken, ob der Standfuß ausreichend hoch ausgezogen werden kann - ja, kann er, ich hatte noch nicht einmal bis zur Obergrenze ausgezogen. Die Fixierung des Teleskop-Fußes erfolgt mit zwei Madenschrauben - hält, wirkt aber etwas simpel. Tipp: Madenschrauben nicht zu fest eindrehen, sonst kann das Gewinde im Standrohr ausreißen. Premium- und Standarfuß sind bis auf das Fußgestell baugleich, d.h. identische Lösung mit den Madenschrauben.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Sinnvoller wäre eine Lösung gewesen, bei der über eine Flügelschraube ein Stift durch Stand- und Tauchrohr geschoben wird, das verhindert das unabsichtliche Herunterrutschen, wenn eine schwere Maschine montiert ist. Nachteil dieser Lösung: Die Höhenverstellung ist dann nicht mehr stufenlos, sondern im Raster der gebohrten Löcher im Tauchrohr.
